Worship leaders for June

With Pastor Dee moving on to her next life chapter, here is an update on who will be leading worship for the month of June:

  • Saturday June 6th – Stephens Minister Joy Cunningham (currently in the Licensed Lay Ministry training program).
  • Sunday June 7th - Pastor Jen Kiefer, Assistant to the Bishop for Leadership and Transitions, Director of Worship, The Southeast Michigan Synod, ELCA
  • Saturday June 13th and moving forward – Licensed Lay Minister Dave Hudson
  • Sunday June 14th - Licensed Lay Minister Paul Archer, Synod Council Vice President
  • Sunday June 21st - Mr. CJ Clark, Assistant to the Bishop and Director for Evangelical Mission  (Was with Living Waters Ministries for 18 Years and Executive Director for 13 Years)
  • Sunday June 28th – Pastor Anna Taylor-McCants, Pastor Developer at Fed Up Ministries ​

Faith Night at UWM Field

Please join us on Friday, July 17th for Faith Night at UWM Field. Bring your family and friends! We had a great time and great weather last year.

The cost is $25 for Grandstand seating with dinner. See the posted flier at church. Ticket money needs to be sent to the church by Wednesday, June 24th. Include your name, number of tickets, amount, and phone number. 
Coordinator for this event is Sharon Long (586-255-3091).

VBS 2026

Vacation Bible School is scheduled for July 27th through July 30th (9:00am-11:30am).

A planning meeting took place on May 14th. Stay tuned for more details!
